I've noticed it too and but it's just been an unconfirmed thought until now.

I wasn't thinking of chemtrails although that could be partially to blame. I was thinking more along the lines of earth's weakening magnetic field. A planet holds it's atmosphere due to the electromagnetic field, usually produced by a molten core. It could be a combination of factors involving space weather conditions, chemtrails, HAARP, EMF and air pollution. HAARP is [are] literally changing the natural state of the ionosphere and general EMF pollution inbetween could be weakening the natural EM fields.

I've been commenting on this for at least the last three years, saying that we've been getting low hanging, autumn-like clouds in the summer, instead of the typical high altitude ones we grew up seeing during summer months. Something has definitely changed.
