Muslim-Brotherhood Thugs ready to Pulverize Protestors with Extreme Prejudice Obama scrambles to save Morsi after Muslim Brotherhood rejects Egyptian army ultimatum Obama called the Egyptian president and Gen. Dempsey phoned Chief of staff Gen. Sedki Sobhi, hoping to defuse the three-way crisis between the regime, the army and the protest movement before it gets out of hand. They proposed to leave Morsi in place after stripping him of presidential authority and installing a transitional government to prepare the country for new elections to the presidency and parliament. Middle East sources report that the army chiefs led by Defense Minister Gen. Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi rejected their proposal. Obama promised to back steps taken by President Morsi to show he is “responsive to the opposition’s concerns,” while Gen. Dempsey asked Egyptian generals to moderate their stand against the Muslim Brotherhood. The underlying message was that if they failed to do so, Washington might reconsider its $1.3 billion annual military assistance package which is the main source of income for the armed forces. Heartened by the US president’s vote of support, Morsi, the Muslim Brotherhood and its Islamic allies, rejected the army’s ultimatum for resolving the country’s deadly crisis, saying it would sow confusion and ran contrary to the Egyptian constitution. Muslim-Brotherhood Thugs ready to Pulverize Protestors with Extreme Prejudice Egypt’s presidency on Tuesday rejected an army ultimatum threatening to intervene if Islamist President Mohammed Morsi does not meet the demands of millions of protesters. Instead, the presidency said army declaration had not been cleared by the presidency and could cause confusion, AFP news agency reported. The presidency also denounced any declaration that would “deepen division” and “threaten the social peace”. The army statement, which was read out in a televised address on Monday, gave Morsi 48 hours to comply with its call. “If the demands of the people are not met in this period... (the armed forces) will announce a future roadmap and measures to oversee its implementation,” the military said. [link to www.israelnationalnews.com] |

Muslim-Brotherhood Thugs ready to Pulverize Protestors with Extreme Prejudice Obama To Egyptian Christians: Stop Protesting Muslim Brotherhood As millions of Egyptians take to the streets in protest against President and co-conspirator in the Benghazi attacks Mohamed Morsi, one American journalist has already been killed and no doubt there is much we are not being told. However, American supporter of terrorism Barack Obama, via U.S Ambassador Anne Patterson, has told Egyptian Christians to not engage in protesting the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. This comes on the heels of him sending US troops to Egypt to quash protests against the Muslim Brotherhood. Read more: [link to zionica.com] |

Muslim-Brotherhood Thugs ready to Pulverize Protestors with Extreme Prejudice The seven deadly sins of the Muslim Brotherhood by Khaled Fahmy One of the biggest casualties of yesterday’s events in Egypt is US Ambassador, Anne Patterson. For months now, she has been insisting on a slanted reading of the political scene in Egypt, constantly letting the Muslim Brotherhood off the hook (in a bizarre move last week, she even visited Khayrat El-Shater, the strong man of the MB in his personal office), and giving erroneous accounts to John Kerry about the opposition to President Morsi. The biggest casualty, however, has to be Morsi and his Muslim Brotherhood, who have insisted on a disastrous reading of the political map after the revolution and succeeded in fooling Patterson (and many other western diplomats and journalists) of their delusional views. The Muslim Brotherhood and their backers, domestically and abroad, stand accused of committing the following seven deadly sins: [link to tahrirsquared.com] |

Muslim-Brotherhood Thugs ready to Pulverize Protestors with Extreme Prejudice [link to thelede.blogs.nytimes.com] Egypt’s president, Mohamed Morsi, had some important information to share with a room full of politicians who, believing they were in a secret meeting, had just laid out all the covert ways that their country could stop a Nile River dam project in nearby Ethiopia: they were on live television. Watch the video (I can't link to it). It's pretty damning. |
