I wonder how driving under the influence will effect the state's coffers? How will a police officer know for sure if someone is driving while high, the same way as a DUI with alcohol? (walk a straight line, breathalyzer?)
IMHO...a small step forward for the pot head and a giant step backwards for society.

A lot of people, the majority, also function differently, ie slower. Very true! I have the same response to alcohol, that's why I hate to drink and choose not too. I also don't go around telling people who drink on how to live their lives (not saying you do that :) ). If you don't like my fire, then don't come around. cause I'm gonna burn one down!
