just hear that tape again, and wow, it's like they're reciting names of the deceased and the dates they died. if it was another station that got its signals mixed up, then wtf was that? sounds weird for a radio broadcast. Sounds like they're in some sort of trance, talking so fast like that.

Not that it wasn't or couldn't be enjoyable, but it wasn't scary, and it sounded like special effects, and reading obituaries, and it sounds like an amatuer attempt at doing low budget, horror movie effects.

You can't even hear what they say..

you can totally hear what they say. and I don't think it's a matter of what they're saying that makes it scary, but the fact that it just appeared randomly in the first place. it' sounds like they're reading a list of dead people..

It is a hoax, as someone wrote on youtube:
"after listening to it here[3 times], much more clearly than AM radio is, I am convinced that it is a hoax and the DJ who speaks at the end is the Voice reciting the names and dates of death. All the other sounds and the echoes I have heard before at other times on radio, but I do not believe anything paranormal about this.
