I will guess and say that the good doctor posts these crimes because our media and the white politically left in our country ignores black on white crime.

If blacks only have the rare, extremely rare, white on black crime to worry about then they should sleep well night. For whites the story is quite different. We must always, always be on guard for vicious racial attacks as they happen every single day and are ignored because they are so frequent.
