Twisters may do that, and the wheather has changed alot. There are alot of twisters on land now, though I always blamed HAARP, for the bad guys here with high tech seem to be amping up cycles.

It could have been some sick para military creepo, playing around with technology and deliberately targetting a baby whale and other sea life to freak people out.

They also are deliberately lowering earths frequency by ritual murders of nature and people....!!!
