That was the thoughts and feelings brought up from this thread. I really enjoyed waking up to read your response. I feel these are words I needed to read myself. It is important to learn to manage this reality so that we can ascend to the next, whatever one believes that may be. This makes me feel for presentism, if you're familiar with that philosophy. Being grounded and rounded in all the now moments is a great way to exercise the soul. The heart is important, but I can understand that to know what one's heart wants is to look where one's mind wanders. "To be one with one's self, is to be one with everything else."
