OK let's be real a minute. Brazil is pretty much oil free. They kicked the habit and produce alcohol. Second we don't need it either. There is a fold in a plate on the east side of the Rockies that contains so much natural gas that if we tap it it will run this country for the next 300 years. That's if we convert everything to natural gas use. The only ones that seem to need that oil is the oil cartels. We have a lot of Harry Potter fans in here. Let me put it to you this way. Don't let the govt. reciprocally cast stupify on you. My edit: The conversion would include electric plants and we can get rid of those dangerous and expensive nuclear generating plants. Quoting: free 30317398 Only if TPTB were going to do more that do a few test hole, they would be better off draining the mid-east first and 'new Brazil' will be easy to defend and by that time the tech needed for a massive tapping will have already been designed. It would be a mini-boom for about 10 years and boom, 99% of the workforce no longer needed. Perhaps they will be honorable men when it comes time to visit Brazil.
