ROE stands for Rules of Engagement.


To the people that think I'm a nut job, I'm sure that's exactly what the government wants you to think. But I know what I saw, and my friend knows what he saw. I believe in my soul that this craft was not man made.

I do understand why our country or any country wouldn't want to share the secrets from it. But I think that as humans, we all deserve to know if they are other intelligent life in the universe. And it really bothers me to think that they're denying it.

We are both about to put a lot on the line over this. We've contacted news outlets(even though I highly doubt many or any will give us the time of day) and plan on giving sworn statements and releasing our private military records to prove out credibility. We're also trying to contact some more of the guys that were involved and get the same from them.
