No one will escape the wrath.
That should be obvious already as we see good people suffer greatly while evil people are rewarded.If God protected the good then there wouldnt be any evil people to start with.

Its purpose, per Daniel's 70 weeks prophecy, is to finish the punishments still remaining for the Jews, and to punish the unbelieving world of Satan's kingdom. Since, as you know, the church has already been suffering, we are not to suffer more. So you are confusing/mixing the wrath of man/Satan and the wrath of God. They are not the same.
