Quoting: Anonymous Coward 42945515 Dana White Got the last laugh on all of us. He's the New Don King. Silva earns 660K and turns belt over to an American. Anderson outmatched this kid in every way from what I saw but he sticks out his chin collects his chips and flys back to Brazil. Anderson wants to box Roy Jones Jr. |

Then Joe Rogan tries to make it sound like we all just saw a something great. We got played. I feel sorry for the people who payed to see that shit. |

Anderson Throws Fight To Great White Hope JUST Like Jack Johnson Did To The First Great White Hope. Weidman is obviously a good fighter. Anderson is getting older and wants to make the most $$$$$$ he can, so he's been asking Dana to allow him to fight a boxing match for some big $$$$$$$. It's more than he earns in UFC. Dana kept refusing due to his hope for promoting a superfight. Well... Anderson just answered Dana back with a loss of his belt. He went into the fight thinking he might win even if he loses. He probably wants to break his contract so he can finally setup the fight with Jones Jr. This would earn him somewhere upwards of $1mill + Just for a simple boxing match. |

I watched this fight and being someone who doesnt like the way the UFC is going I can say that Silva took a dive. The last punch the he threw if you watch was a left handed hook from Weidman that hit silva on his right chin. Well from behind at least. If you watched the fight live they showed other angles where you could clearly see the punch was glancing at best. I think Silva took a dive. If you pay attention to the UFC any then you know he has his reasons.Shrug just my opinion |

It's temporarily paralyzing. And if that hit wasn't enough, then the one when he was down finished him off. |

Claiming its rigged when their hero falls, pathetic. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 40891079 I have always wanted someone to knock his ass out in a contest, which this was not. This "fight" was a joke. A total scam. Silva did some shit that amateur fighters know better than doing, and I don't mean the taunting. He also looked gassed very quickly, almost like he didn't train. Playing Born in the USA was a little over the top, but a nice way to end the "show". |

Even though tonight wasn't a title shot Frankie Got THREE title shots in a row and lost all of them in close fights. Silva hinted that he would fight again but not for the belt. I wonder if he might screw Dana by putting WSOF on the Map or going to fight at Bellator. |
