Counsel can not just add people to the list without notice for the other team to do depositions and such. It's a part of discovery. Of course, this is not written in stone, testimony or sudden developments can cause for witnesses to be added, but it's not commonly allowed without a hearing. EDIT: I THINK! I'm no authority. Even though I am very pro second amendment and believe everyone has the right to self defense, I fell prey to the MSM and all the idiots on fcrack and other places who insisted that this poor little kid was shot by some crazed lunatic who stalked him, for no other reason than he was black. As I have watched this trial unfold, I have found that the MSM having lied about this case from the start, and our Pres, going out of his way to taint and incite, all of it has been lies. |

Frankly, I didn't know what all had happened until I started watching the trail. I started watching objectively. The prosecution has no evidence that Zimmerman did not use self defense! I don't want to see a man that was innocent of using self defense (against a man who was beating the crap out of him) be found guilty of manslaughter. |

When I first heard of this thing, I was under the impression that a heavy Hispanic dude gunned down a 12 year old kid and trying to claim self defense, so, I was sucked into the emotion of the media spin. Admittedly, once I discovered that it was all bullshit, I was no longer on any "side", I decided that the facts needed to truly come out in the matter before a logical opinion could be formed. I came here to GLP and started seeing a LOT of stuff that tainted my view considerably ... I couldn't be on the jury. I thought Zimmerman was guilty as hell and was wondering why he hadn't been arrested. As more information got out I quickly realized that this was an attempt to push the liberal agenda and start race wars.
