Funny memes and people who didn't ask to be famous
I wonder if someone who creates a demeaning (if funny) meme of someone, say a teenager called to testify in a murder trial, might be liable for defamation of character or something under the current laws against bullying on the internet? I would hate to see any of our beloved GLPatriots become financially challenged or spend time away from us for any amount of time. The thought did occur to me so I thought I'd ask for opinions.

Oh, yeah...I forgot about that one. lol
I'm wondering about it...feeling concerned. People that trademark a kid's names to profit from it might be scanning the horizon for whatever they can find.
