A little more riverfront than they bargained for that day. Seriously though, that picture was taken in Bowness. Bowness had helicopters flying overhead at 11pm with police on loudspeakers telling people to evacuate immediately, because they'd run out of time (and people) to go door to door. 100,000 people were evacuated that night. You might've left your generator where it was too. |
