I get this a lot. Hey is for horses --------------------------------------- Wanted: Vintage water wiggle With original box. |

More than one person in our house experienced this and other things. It is not a mineral or vitamin deficiency in our case. I do not see how that any kind of tech could have done what was done. That leaves only one things as I see it. |

That leaves only one things as I see it. I get that but it is at least 2 or 3 things, one may be what you see. The underlying issue turns out to be sleep apnea because other things stop when I sleep sitting up as well as the stress caused anxiety of taking care of my brother which is still active and revving me. And then ya the occult causes....I don't think so though. |

WindyMind (OP) User ID: 1458570 United States 07/09/2013 10:24 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | For 10 to 15 years I took potassium as needed to the daily limit for fatigue and emotional crashes and to study (so I could remember) and for a while I couldn't get up in the morning so I put a glass of water and potassium and phosphorus by the bed. When I woke up and couldn't get up I took the potassium and phosphouus and 15 minutes later I could easily get out of bed. I crashed in my sleep..... I just wonder how many times the cat saw the water and drank out of it while I was sleeping...? :) |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 39752887 United States 07/09/2013 11:36 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | you people are hilarious. You get body jerks during times of rest/no movement, here's why: You mind likes to make sure your physical body is motionless before it initiates the dreaming sequence (or else you might enact out your dreams in your sleep and hurt self/others). Your mind does this by caused a jolt-like reaction in the muscles of the body, sometimes several jerks. You brain is waiting for a response from your body i.e. you turn to your side or rub your face etc. If your body reacts to the jerk, your mind will not initiate the sleep/dream sequence until it knows your body is at full rest (paralysis). Now, in knowing this, you can actually trick you body into thinking your mind is ready to sleep. If you're having a difficult time sleeping there is one thing that will make you fall asleep 100% and it is being COMPLETELY STILL. Do not touch your body, no itches, no touching your stomach/sides/chest, no tweaking, it's more difficult than you think. You can consciously go through the process, even feeling the jerks and being fully conscious but also consciously choosing to not react to the jerks. If you don't move, you sleep. Practice more and you can have greater control and begin your lucid travels. Watch here: Stop, drop and roll |

It was like a hiccup from my entire spinal column. I believe mine were caused by stress. They came and went for years. One night they were so bad that I would almost get flopped out of bed. A few years ago I was diagnosed with military related PTSD. I now am able to recognize when I am going into anxiety/panic attacks and these body jerks start kicking in. Even after I get control of my attacks I will still twitch for a while. For me, they are a neurological response to an emotional/psychological dilemma. |

I have put many years of my life into helping dystonia sufferers find relief, and through my efforts was able to get a medical study done at Johns Hopkins Medical Center with the program that helped me. It is my pleasure and privilege to work full time in helping dystonia sufferers find relief and get educated on the health fundamentals that I have discovered that can make a huge difference on improving one's health. I have been effective in helping dozens of dystonia sufferers find relief and have worked with those in 26 countries and 49 states. Please feel free to call me if you would like to learn more about my work and how I have been helping others. There is nothing more enjoyable than seeing those I work with find the relief and hope as I received many years ago. Quoting: Rammstein Fan Why this phenomenon happens is not always metaphysical of course- the previous posters described various physiological reasons that can be corrected with an improvement in diet/supplements ^^^ This It's called 'repercussion' |
