Masked dancer is representing the Hinduism, Paganism and other beliefs systems considered heretics for a long time.

He dances while the world is falling apart, showing that the truth is not contained in one religion, but can be found in all.

I guess that sounds deep to the new agey types around here.

What you're basically saying is the "gods" of these religions are celebrating destruction. Somehow you equate that with Truth.

Okie Dokie then.

Re: I, Pet Goat II: The Masked Dancer? S'A FACKIN ALIEN RIGHT??? [Edit: or a kachina??]
I don't think the dancer is an alien per say.

This masterpiece is multi-layered with many symbolic references.

I think one of the keys to understanding the dancer is the 4 pointed star on his chest.

I have so far identified use of the 3,4,5, and 6 pointed stars.

They all have rich symbolic meaning.

I think the 4 pointed star on the dancer is one of the clues who he represents.

The creator of the piece refers to him as the American Indian character.

This would account for the feather symbology.

Feathers on his feet and a feather on his head.

Feathers are symbolic for flight.

Flight in the metaphysical sense.

Think about the American Indians and their spirit journeys.

Think about the 4 pointed star referring to the 4th dimension.

This is a spirit realm overlaying our 3rd dimension.

Much work is done in the 4th dimension that affects our 3rd dimension reality.

I see the dancer as a 4th dimensional spirit traveler.

Yes he wears a space suit.

This symbolizes his traveling through time and space.

In the 3rd dimension these 4th dimensional travelers have to mask themselves so they can manifest in our 3rd dimensional reality.

The dancing symbolizes the work they are doing in the 4th dimension to bring about change in the 3rd.

This masterpiece is all about consciousness.

We are all entering into a new transcendent reality.

IMHO.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 43098830

Another symbolic and prophetic point about the dancer.

Towards the end as the old world and paradigm crumbles and we transcend into the new reality the dancer is shown without a mask.

You can look into his eyes and see his face clearly.

One day soon we will be able to see the reality of the 4th dimensional beings all around us.

We will literally be able to look them in their eyes.

The dawning of a new day this will be.

The veil having finally been lifted.

Yes, certainly. I am interested in the cultural identity and associations of the figure who wears all of the masks. Who is the figure under the mask?

I must admit this scene has been rather difficult for me to interpret and fully understand.

It should be taken in context with the other depictions of women in the work.

The creator of this masterpiece has said that many will have varying interpretations according to their level of understanding.

This is what I can see about the old woman living in the tip of the penis.

The hand of god comes down through the clouds to introduce what is going on in the tip of the man's erect penis.

This figure of the man with the erect penis is like an old stone monument symbolizing a relic from the past.

The old woman is a prisoner in this monument.

There is a cross on the tip of the penis symbolizing the religious nature of the old patriarchal phallic worship and the imprisoning of women in this religious thinking.

The religious imprisonment comes from the dogma that woman was created from man to please him and be a baby making machine for him.

The term woman is woo-man. She was created to woo him.

So say the religionists.

This of course is a substandard human role according to them but in reality the woman has tremendous power.

The neon red heart flashing next to the barred window symbolizes a phony, artificial, or degraded form of love in the form of sexual love.

This amazing sexual power she had over man.

Physical sexual love is a 3rd dimensional phenomenon that will cease to exist in the higher realms.

The old woman is colored with purple and could symbolize royalty.

The queen of England losing her power?

She has obviously lost her sexual power over man.

She seems bitter.

She is alone counting something. All fives.

Why is she counting? What is she keeping track of? Abortions?

Her charms are not effective against what is coming.

She has the appearance of being a witch shaking her wand at the coming light of transformation that exposes her.

Her dying role as the royal reproducing seducer is coming to an end.

She seems to succumb and is totally overtaken unable to even look into the light.

The blood from her menses appear then disappear.

This seems to be a front and center theme.

Perhaps in the new dimension that is rapidly coming upon us the imprisonment of women will stop as their function as breeders and the object of physical sexual love and desire will become obsolete.

The 4th dimensional dancer seems androgynous.

Is there a sexual distinction among spirit beings?

I think not.

There will be no more male and female.

We will just be beings of light.

Again, I admit this was difficult but that's my take.

If anybody else can chime in I would be interested to hear different points of view.

I definitely agree with most of this. The penis-lith is the patriarchal age that is imprisoning the wisdom and ways of the crone. I think that the hash marks are there to show that she has been marking the time of her imprisonment. I believe that the disappearance of the blood stain from her undergarment symbolizes the end of the idea that women are cursed to suffer with menstrual pain and the pain of childbirth because of Eve. Likewise, I interpret the spires of the cathedral crashing down after the emergence of the christ-like figure from the vulva/cave as the crumbling of the fascist, warlike, and hierarchical aspects of patriarchally centered religious systems.

I sort of glossed over this yesterday. The continued dancing of divinity/creator as humankind's creation crumbles speaks more to the eternal nature of the unmoved mover than suggest that God is at the disco while the children are drowning. You know? Perhaps it could symbolize the unworthiness of the temporal homage that we have made as acts of worship? Perhaps the intimation about the uselessness of temples that Jesus gave his disciples when he said God's house is wherever they were gathered in his name?

Growing up a Christian and studying the Bible and its mysteries, I often wondered how all things could honor God even though so many of the things I saw were ugly in my sight. The answer that the books give is that all things were created to honor God and bless God's name, but it's hard to imagine an omniscient perspective from which to look at these things. I still ponder over this sort of stuff all the time and hit a mental wall where most of us do, I think: the point at which I have to let go of duality to fathom a good creator presiding over some bad juju.

remember the images came to the creator psychically via a DMT trip. images expressing future clues!

No, the whole thing was delivered to the public, and the "creator" took credit, when he had nothing to do with it.

It's not prediction, because those who made the video are also going to MAKE THESE THINGS HAPPEN! No mystery, just illuminuttie chicanery.

Here's a quote from the Hopi prophecy
"Hopi Blue Star or Blue Kachina Prophecy
An ancient Hopi Indian prophecy states, "When the Blue Star Kachina makes its appearance in the heavens, the Fifth World will emerge". This will be the Day of Purification. The Hopi name for the star Sirius is Blue Star Kachina. It will come when the Saquasohuh (Blue Star) Kachina dances in the plaza and removes its mask.

According to Ancient Alien Theory The Blue Kachinas are aliens.
