The "Sayings" and "parables" that the Roman writers attributed to Jesus when they wrote the four gospels in their libraries and Chalet's are just that,ancient "sayings" and "Parables".
I don't think that "Jesus" ever once claims to be the originator of them, after all he was taught them in Egypt according to the Bible.
The teachings attributed to Peter are obviously Roman.
