My company's healthcare PPO went from approximately $3600 per year to $7400 per year.
The benefit changed completely.
They replaced it with an High Deductible HSA Healthcare plan.
I had no choice but to enroll in the HSA plan and we just had a baby so even though we're saving $1000 over the cost of the PPO, we're still getting killed with bills.
