Would it require you to leave your Hawaiian paradise???
 Quoting: ANHEDONIC

Nah - Todd is a long time Kauai resident - new place is close by - an easy hitch hike

Where's it at? Kapaa?
Quoting: Jesus Christ is the way

No, Princeville

it's not open yet - they are still working on the remodel

I think I'm going to go for it but since I'm not desperate for a job, I'm going to ask for exactly what I want - if he goes for it, it's meant to be. :)

My doing this put me over the top for two different jobs when I worked in the industry...a Blue Ribbon winning Apple and Macadamia Nut pie.

Getting to work in Princeville would be an awesome thing. The North side of the island is definitely the most beautiful. I am assuming it is in the shopping center. I can imagine the employment opportunities are far and few between there. Last time I was there I took the hike up to the falls.

I had to google Haupia, lol, such a mainlander I am.

Sounds delicious...delicate and light. I sometimes make a peach and mango pie, and I always use mango as the fruit base for my BBQ sauce.

Anyway, don't want to be a pest. I hope you come back and tell us about how it all goes for you!

LOL! you do know the north shore!

No on the stilts - I live in an old Hawaiian 'shack' with a tin roof and outdoor shower. Only the new homes are on stilts - fairly recent planning department ordinance.

Haven't seen Pierce lately - he was in Europe filming when his adopted daughter died last month. They still had their annual 4th of July party and fireworks though.

As for Charo's - damn! news travels fast on coconut wireless! My boyfriend just met them last week when he was next door at the Teak House - he couldn't remember the name though. Yes, I pressed him for it as I am curious as to who exactly our new million/billionaire neighbors are.

Silly! Lilikoi is a type of Passion Fruit - it is a flavor, not a 'style'

besides, why would I make something from New York in Hawaii???
