Re: UPDATED DAILY: Share your creepiest stories, coincidences, phenomenons etc!
Ok, here's one of many I can recall. A couple of years ago, my daughters and I were napping while waiting for their mom to return from work. I woke up a half hour or so later when I heard footsteps and the common sound of my wife tapping a pack of cigarettes. I went back to napping since my daughters were still sleeping too. I was awoken by my wife about an hour later screaming about why wouldn't I answer the phone and how her ride home from work hadn't showed up and she had to take the bus, etc. Turns out the ringer on the phone had somehow been turned off so I didn't hear it.
We found out later that the previous tenant had died in our house and he was a very heavy smoker. Still not sure who I heard packing cigarettes, but that's the best guess I have...

Re: UPDATED DAILY: Share your creepiest stories, coincidences, phenomenons etc!
Lots here too, this is one of the "coincidences".

A few summers ago my mom and aunt came to visit my hubby and me and we took them on a day trip to a place called Johnston’s Canyon. En route we passed a locally famous restaurant and I mentioned that I used to have a friend named Susan Johnston who once made a living as a health inspector. She cautioned me never to eat at this establishment. (We lost contact and I hadn’t seen her in years).

Susan rode a motorcycle and was an accredited instructor. I had quite an interest in bikes myself at that time and had been seriously considering buying one of my own. As it turned out Susan had one for sale, however she was adamant that under no circumstances would she sell me this bike until I underwent the riding instruction course. Susan was somewhat of a spokesperson on motorcycle awareness and safety. For one reason or another I never bought the bike.

I then told my family a small-world story concerning Susan. She asked once if I knew of a small town in Ontario and I did, had many odd connections there. One of my best friends from childhood had moved there, her father was a cop and her mother was one of my mother’s best friends. Susan said “Really? I dated a cop there for a while”. Sure enough it was my friend’s dad (he was divorced by then).

We all enjoyed our day at the canyon but dark clouds were rolling in so we called it a day. We experienced a short but fierce rainstorm on the way home.

When we arrived home I turned on the local news. Literally minutes after we left Johnston’s Canyon the road that led us home was washed out in one of the biggest mudslides of all time.

The next day my aunt went to pick up a newspaper, the mudslide was the front-page story. Everybody took their turns reading the article and we all oohed and ahhed our good fortune. I continued to read the rest of the paper which I never did since I didn’t get a daily paper. I got to the obituaries and there was Susan Johnston’s name. She was killed due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.

About a year later I reconnected with an old friend who belonged to a motorcycle touring club. On the web page of this club, I saw the name Susan Johnson and felt compelled to email my friend with the Susan Johnston story. He, Susan and I all worked together at one time so he knew her too. This was his reply:

I assume it isn't the same Susan Johnson that I know now since she is alive and well! I vaguely recall teaching motorcycle classes with Susan Johnston but couldn’t recall her last name.

What is spooky is that my wife, mom, aunt and I were out on our annual backpacking trip at the time of the flood. We too counted ourselves lucky because we left from that picnic area that was washed away! Everybody back home was terribly worried because we were in the back woods (hiking from there to Lake Louise) and out of contact for about five days. We didn't know anything about flooding, just that it was a wet hike. When we came back to pick up the car everything past the parking lot was gone! If you would have continued up past the Upper Falls and Ink Pots in Johnston's Canyon you could have met up with us as we had just crossed over Mystic Pass and camped along the river.

Synchronicity.....not creepy, my first memorable one....

Back in the 80's I purchased a denim coat at Macy's in NYC when I was visiting my mom. I loved this coat but it was missing a button that could not be replaced so I replaced all the buttons with an odd set. Very Odd.

So, when I got back home, SF, I was shopping at Nordtrom Rack and left the coat in the dressing room in error. I did not realize it until a few days later, so I went back to the store to retrieve it but alas, they had no coat in lost and found. However, to my surprise upon leaving the store to spied a customer wearing my Coat. I knew it was my coat......the buttons. Nordtroms thought the coat was theirs, priced it and sold it the same day.

I spoke with the woman and explained the situation and after having a good laugh she agreed to give the item back. The store refunded her money and I left with my cool jacket.

Re: UPDATED DAILY: Share your creepiest stories, coincidences, phenomenons etc!
I will try to make this one short, but it won't be. In college, my Fiance at the time and I would go to his Grandparents house when they were in Arizona every year for the Winter. I had kind of a bad vibe all day long, and kept saying "something weird is going to happen today" and as we were driving my car alarm started going off by itself. While driving. He said " there's your weird thing", and I said "nope, cause I don't feel any better". So, we get to his Grandparents place, and I freak out. I am sitting in the corner of the kitchen on the counter top scared to death. Not crying, but I have tears rolling down my face. I think just scared. So, for some strange reason I said " ok, if someone knocks on the door or if the phone rings, don't get it, ok?" I made him promise and he agreed.

Around three in the morning the phone rings, and we both just look at each other and I begged him not to answer it. Well, he did. ( dummy) he comes back to bed and I said "who, was it?" He said that there was no one there. THEN... a door closes in the house and we hear feet waling in the hallway. He grabs his gun to go look, and being the brave gal that I am, I pull the sheets over my head, and I pray. The the name Jeramiah pops into my head. He comes back and said that no one was there. So, I asked "is there someone in your family named Jerimiah"? he said " Yes, that's my Grandma's dad." Well, it was his Grandmas house, and I felt such a rush of relief. It was over. Scary stuff. Don't know how in the heck all that happened.

I am a strong believer in metaphysics. And I know for a fact I've altered the brains of two people close to me. A girl I used to date had epilepsy her whole life, she had grand mal seizures daily, and after a month or two of dating her she completely stopped having seizures. My brain frequencies affected hers, and she also turned into a different person. (I think my sociopathic mindset got into her, and she didn't know how to deal with it, so she became an evil bitch)

My best friend (roommate) also has told me that one day his brain just went weird, and ever since, he hasn't been able to think straight, and he hasn't felt the same. I've noticed sociopathic traits from him as well. But he is a really good hearted person so he would never become evil, he just doesn't know why his brain is messed up.

I know for a fact that it is because they are/were close to me. There is no other way to explain it. The frequencies that my brain sends out affects the people around me, spend enough time around me and maybe you will become like me.. They say you are a combination of the 5 closest people around you...

Here's one that will blow your mind away:

I just spent the last half hour writing a massive essay of stories, only for my computer to randomly "update" and then shut down automatically, against my will! :mad7:

I'm sure as hell not writing that cock sucking fuck again.

But yeah, shit's crazy. stoner

Sometimes the new version is that much better. The frustration can be channeled into a focus on completing the project. Well...anyway...interesting stories here.

The best I can remember are dreams or visions from my toddler days. Nothing easily described in words, but they seem like past lives. 'Looking up' in a very beautiful graveyard with two elderly women looking upon me. This one may simply be an early memory as a baby, which would be cool but I remember it like a dream...

Most of my early child hood memories do look like dreams though. Especially the intensity of everything around me. I could only take in things right in front of me. The world was so big and bright. Chain link fences, city streets, and early conversations with toddlers I remember. Usually scary stories about dirt and bugs. My Mother wasn't a clean freak so those delusions of poisonous worms were new to a gullible soul.

The way adults talked to kids in that cute baby voice bothered me in pre school. Still does. I guess it's normal to question authority, especially nap time, but some kids were little drones of submission. Like trained puppies singing Bingo is his name-o. Favorites I'll call them. I never really spoke 'their' language. I suppose I was a bit behind the curve socially and it didn't correct itself like it does for some. I believe the fear of being alone made it a reality in later years. 'Fear is the obliterater.'

Re: UPDATED DAILY: Share your creepiest stories, coincidences, phenomenons etc!
Hi all. I'm new to posting here, but been reading glp now and then for a few years. I don't have any scary stories, but a few interesting things that make you go Hmmmm?

One time I went to do some late night shopping at Walmart. Inside the entrance there was a full wall display of plastic wrapped fresh cut flowers. I was glancing at them as I passed and saw some beautiful lavender colored carnations. I stopped and took the bunch of flowers out of the bucket of water. I saw the price and thought it was too much and put them back. I stood there for about thirty seconds to a minute glancing right and left at the other flowers. None of them were as beautiful as the only bouquet of lavender carnations that had caught my fancy. Then I told myself to quit being a cheapskate and buy myself the flowers. I put them in my basket next to my purse and then noticed the price tag said marked down half price! I looked all over the plastic to see if there were any other stickers and could not find any with the original higher price. This all happened within a matter of minutes and I never moved from in front of the flowers. It was the only bouquet my heart desired and "magically" went on sale for me! LOL

Another time I was shopping for groceries at another store. I had most of my list in the basket when I started to feel a little ill. I decided to cut the shopping short and get the last two items, a sack of pinto beans and some yogurt, another time. I luck out and find a check out lane with nobody in line ;-) The lady at the register smiles and waves me over. As I start to put my items on the conveyor belt what do you think I see?! Sitting right there at the end of the conveyor belt is a sack of pinto beans and a package of yogurt! I shit you not LOL! I pointed to the items and the cashier shrugged and said that somebody must have changed their mind and left it there. I smiled and said a little silent Thank You ;-)

I rarely remember any of my dreams, but two have stayed with me for years. The first dream I woke up and had a strong feeling of "this is life changing, this is important, light bulb going off realization...don't forget!" There were no images, nothing at all but the words "God is within!" Such powerful feeling! I will never forget those words...wherever they came from. Another dream a few years later also had a powerful feeling. All I remember was seeing my hand raised up and locked with a manly hand reaching down from the sky. I then "felt" like I was pulled upward like I had been shot out of a cannon! The powerful "feeling" of feeling my stomach drop and the wind rush past my head and shoulders woke me up!

Last thing I'll post for now is a memory of when I was maybe 4 or 5. I remember being in a field of flowers with other children in the pre-dawn hours. All the children were small like me and we just wandered the field by moonlight and seemed happy with the flowers and being "free". Then I would remember being back in my bed and hearing the doves cooing in the tree outside and it was early morning. It feels like this happened several times...me and other children in this field. As an adult I mentioned this to my mother and she said there was no way I would have been able to sneak in and out of our house when I was that little. Maybe it was a dream but it sure seemed real.

Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits, rebels, the trouble makers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently.

They are not fond of rules and they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them.

But the only thing you can't do is ignore them, because they change things. They push the human race forward.

And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.

Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do!

This is GLP and I've read some crazy stuff.

I love hearing creepy strange weird true stories that have happened to people.

I'll share some....

First story: This falls under the creepy and coincidental category...

I don't remember exactly when it was but it was around 2-3 years back. It was during a downside in the market and the stocks were tanking..... I know for sure it was after the 2008 crash.... I was on GLP all day just reading about the economy, the stock market in the negative hundreds..... It was a bad week for the market and I was watching all the threads and everything closely....

So around 2pm I decide to go get some lunch at a local Chinese Restaurant and a guy who is also ordering food just out of the blue says: "Man the markets are going DOWN" and he looks right at me.... we strike up a conversation and just talk about the Economy, Obama lol , he told me he's traveled the world and owns businesses etc and then he started asking personal questions like where I'm from and what I do... etc.... I just gave generic answers like "oh im a student working towards my degree and also working"

Anyways so we get our food and he just says "well nice meeting you and GOOD LUCK" and winked at me

I never saw him again....

I just found it SO weird that I was following GLP all day regarding the markets and randomly a guy brings it up with me....

It's just the way the whole conversation came up and it's like HE KNEW I was gonna respond.....

Was I being scoped out or something?

Share YOUR stories!!! hmm
 Quoting: ***ClappaGuy***

Yes, you were. this is a common tactic employed to get a read on a subject of interest. I was flabbergasted when I learned about this technique during my time in intel. Needless to say, the pure deception utilized in the intel community and my refusal to play along with it led to me not lasting more than a couple years & never having been involved in anything too large. I thank my lucky stars that I didn't give in to the greed that is used to sucker so many souls in. Anyways, back to the point, during your browsing or posting you hit on a subject or posted subject matter that was flagged. That person was assigned to judge how much you knew and perform a threat assessment. If nothing ever came of it, then you were deemed not a threat. There is a common analytical process that requires both the intent AND capability to do great harm against the party performing said threat assessment. If either of those angles are missing, then you are NOT a threat. Their interaction with you determined that you did not have intent to cause harm or exposure to guarded material, so you were considered non-threatening & left alone.

I know this because I was tasked with performing these exact types of threat assessments on civilians and private businesses in the Tacoma, WA area during my time in. This was all presented as a "training exercise" to those of us sent out to do it. This was about 5-6 years ago and it's done by units under the function of "Information Operations".

11:11 phenomenon

I see 11:11 almost EVERYDAY.

I see it on the clocks AM and PM. Unintentionally.

If I don't see it on the time, I see it elsewhere.

For example on tv during a sports game the clock will stop at 11:11

On my microwave and oven the wrong time is usually on there due to blackouts during storms and we are too lazy to set it back lol.... And somehow someway I still see 11:11....

The only creepy coincidence I has was with the ghost radar. I downloaded it, fired it up and it started to spit out nonsensical words.

Except for three that in sequence freaked me out and would likely never hold meaning for anyone else.

Potato. Ants. Australia.

I have two crazy Aussies. My boy was nicknamed Potato when he was a puppy because he was a chubby oval of red fur - like a red russet potato. Ants was the game I played with my girl. She is a wiggle worm and I always tell her she had ants in her pants, which of course leads to dancing around the house with her, singing and barking "Ants! Ants in your pants!".

Or maybe it was a warning of ant infestation of the potato crop in Australia that year. But for me it was enough to never turn on the radar again.

Re: UPDATED DAILY: Share your creepiest stories, coincidences, phenomenons etc!
When I was really young, like a year and a half old, I had a dream that this man came to me and said, "Tell Emily that I am okay." So the next day I kept saying Emily to my mom, she asked why I kept saying my grandmothers name. I said He is okay tell Emily. (In the best possible way a toddler can say it) So my mom calls my grandmother to tell her that I am a weird child. My grandmother then tells my mom that my grandfather had gone missing in action.

One day when I was 12 and staying at my grandparents house, I heard the phone ring. So I go and pick it up and my grandfather says to tell my grandmother to come and get him because the car broke down on the way home. I hang up the phone and go tell my grandmother, who immediately tells me that I am a liar that the phone didn't ring at all. Of course, it did, I picked it up and grandpa needs a ride home. A few minutes later the phone rings, it is my grandfather, this time my grandmother picked up the phone and looked at me funny.

I had moved out of home and in my own apartment. I don't remember falling asleep on the couch, I just remember walking through a mist. I could hear someone calling my name, but couldn't see anything. Kept hearing it and walking towards it, and I see my brother, he is waving at me to come over and see something. So I start moving toward him, but with this uneasy feeling, he just keeps motioning for me to get closer, the he sits on something. I start asking what is that, what are you doing out here. I got close enough to see that he was sitting on a stone, and then kinda freaked out because it was his headstone. I startled myself awake and called home. My mother said that my brother had gone out riding, I told her he needs to be home, I had a bad dream. So she sent my other brother out to look for him. He had fallen off his bike, and his head landed on a the railroad, knocked himself unconscious. They got him up off the tracks and a few minutes later a train went by.

When I was 21, my dad had died. It was very painful, he was my best friend. I spent the next few months hating my mother for this, the months turned to a year. I couldn't handle it, during this time I separated from my husband, and I was alone with a small child. I just wanted to be away from everything, so far away from the pain. I decided that I was going to call it quits, I was done. So I got myself a large glass of water, some pills and laid in bed crying. I knew that my child would be fine, but I wasn't. I lived a little out of town, closet neighbor was a few acres away, I don't know if this made me more depressed or not, I know I felt alone. I kissed my baby and said my good byes and grabbed the glass of water, then I heard a noise on the front porch. Scared me to death, I could hear the door open, I know I locked it, and I started thinking of where I put the gun and if I could get it in time, I could hear footsteps in the house. I was going to pull the blanket over me when I saw a light coming down the hall, I am so scared now that I can not move, and I am crying. The light gets brighter, and footsteps are getting closer, the light is so intense that it brightens up the entire house. then I hear my dad, and he is standing there. He starts to tell me that he is at peace and that he is okay with how things happened, I needed to be. I needed to quit hating my mother, and move on with my life because it would be better, it will be better. He told me I was going to have more children and find happiness. He told me he loved me. I felt like something had just embraced me in entirety, I can't even explain it but it felt like an overwhelming warmth and love that made me feel so big and so small at the same time. After that he was gone, and so were the pills, I flushed them

When Obama was first running for the democratic nomination, I didn't pay much attention to him until I had a dream. I dreamt that he won the presidency and during the inauguration he turned into this big oily snake. I did not vote for him either time.

Stuff like this happens. There are more, tons more and other things that people would not understand.

Woke up one morning early for me and was in a panic that my sister was hurt in a car accident. Called my folks as she was living there at the time and they said she'd already left for work. Kept calling her as did my folks as I was pretty sure something was wrong and they were worried too. Finally reached her at work and she giggled and said she was fine but was glad that she hadn't had trouble because her car insurance lapsed and she was going to call them when she got in to work.

I relaxed as did Mom and Dad and figured I'd made a mistake and we all went back to sleep. To make a long story short.....she left for lunch and a guy flying down a hill broadsided her car and sent her the hospital with a broken leg and shattered knee among other things. Sis is okay now but it was a scary day for her.

Re: UPDATED DAILY: Share your creepiest stories, coincidences, phenomenons etc!
About 5 years ago, we were driving the interstate at night on the way to see a very sick family member. There were three of us...my husband, 84 yo mother and myself. My husband would not pull to the left lane to let a tractor trailer merge, and it blew the horn at us. When it did get on the highway, it came up fast and got on our back and tailgated dangerously. My husband got an attitude himself which did not help things, going very slowly to force it to pass but it would come so close as it did we were nearly forced off the road! All of a sudden, I heard barking. Very excited barking and I asked if the radio was on but it was not. It sounded like it was a low playing radio, a far away sound. My mother even heard this and she could not hear much of anything, ever. My husband said it was just the sound of the tires on that stretch of road and I said oh no....that is a dog! I had to yell and put my foot down hard but I told my husband to stay behind that truck (he was going to pass because it had slowed way down) and to get off the next exit with no blinker. He did not want to of course but I was shaking and demanding, and my mother quietly said yes, it is a dog barking. He did what I asked. I believe it saved our lives. We did not hear the dog again after we got back on the highway a few minutes later. Our dog Mo had been dead 5 years already, but it was him, I know it was, and we were in real danger.

Re: UPDATED DAILY: Share your creepiest stories, coincidences, phenomenons etc!
I went to italy in 2010 with my mom and sister. on our second day there we went to the Vatican and did a tour. we went into this section that had a lot of Raphael's paintings, and my sister suddenly felt nauseous. I remembered at that time what my then bf had told me before I left, that if someone vomits in the Vatican it is a sign of possession, according to the then pope. I thought it was bs then and still do now because it is just a building after all..

so anyway we have a great day/night and go back to our hotel to go to sleep. the room was split into 2 areas and had two beds in one area and one bed in the other. my mom slept alone and me and my sister shared the room with two beds and window. i was sleeping soundly and around 3 in the morning I woke up suddenly, not tired or anything but sort of a gasp came out of my mouth and I was wide awake. I noticed out the window that there was a strange blue-ish sort of glow (this window didn't have any sort of view, it just faced the wall of the other side of the hotel). before I could even process thoughts about the glow, my head turned to the corner of the room. it was very dark and I couldn't see anything standing in the corner but I knew something was there, I felt it. I realized a demon was in the room and I just stayed still, I didn't know what else to do.

at that moment my sister, who was asleep, rose up in a really freaky way.. she was on her back and her legs were flat on the bed but her upper body slowly rose up perfectly, its hard to explain but that was one of the scariest things I have ever seen.. anyway she was sitting up in her bed and her head turned to the corner of the room and she shouted "WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT?" ..she was looking directly where I knew the demon was and she was completely asleep. I was absolutely frozen in fear. after a few minutes of her staring she slowly laid back down again. the glow coming from the window faded and I was able to calm down enough to fall asleep.

the next morning we went to a restaurant and I told her about it and asked her if anything weird happened to her. she was scared and said no and that she slept fine.

seriously, ever since then I have had major sleep paralysis problems, and even leave my body against my will. i really feel there is still an effect on my soul from that. i would write about my sleep paralysis/astral experiences but i already typed a lot and have shared a few of those stories on here already. anyway, cool thread, maybe tomorrow i will share more

Re: UPDATED DAILY: Share your creepiest stories, coincidences, phenomenons etc!
Some of these stories are great! Love it. I've had lots of weird stuff happen throughout my life, but here's a choice little story for you all:

In late 2010, my wife and I were moving from Los Angeles to Philadelphia. I went on a preliminary trip by myself to locate a suitable apartment and get utilities set up, etc. I drove my own car coast to coast with a load of belongings and left them at our new apt in Philly. My trip went off without a hitch, I flew back to L.A., and on Thanksgiving weekend, my wife and I set out driving the same route coast to coast in my wife's car, with virtually everything else we owned stuffed into it with us.

The first weird thing that happened was in Williams, AZ on Thanksgiving Day. We pulled into our hotel parking lot, grabbed some dinner, and when we came back to the car, the entire rear window was shattered. At first we suspected an attempted break-in, but local police told us it was common for the rapid temperature change to cause windows to shatter. I-40 apparently rises several thousand feet in elevation right as you're driving into Williams. The next day, after a very cold drive to the Grand Canyon and a quick visit to Safelite in Flagstaff, we were off to our next stop: Tulsa, OK.

Coincidentally, a friend of mine --we'll call him J-- lived just blocks from the interstate we were taking all the way from OK City to Indianapolis (I-44/70). Also coincidentally, his house was EXACTLY halfway between our old place in L.A. and our new place in Philly. He graciously offered to put us up for a night, so we arrived, hung out with him, and went to sleep that second night of our journey.

Early the next morning, my wife got a call from her boss asking for her to send an important file that only she had on her computer. It was needed by some high profile client. No problem. She logged on to our host's wi-fi, and seconds later, her laptop battery goes from FULL to EMPTY, and mysteriously shuts off. It must have been zapped somewhere along the way. We went to plug in the AC adapter, but...it's not in its usual pouch. We couldn't find it anywhere. So we followed J to a Mac store at a nearby mall to buy a new AC adapter. My wife bought the adapter, plugged in right there in the mall and started uploading the file via the mall's wi-fi. Of course the mall's wi-fi was stupid slow and it was taking too long so we went to a nearby Starbucks since their wi-fi is usually tolerable. When I started her car, though, it BARELY wanted to turn over. It sounded like the car battery.

We got to Starbucks, got the file uploaded and since we were behind schedule, we said goodbye to J and hopped back in my wife's car. But now...her car battery is DEAD.

So we got a jump and drove my wife's car back to J's garage. He had a little pickup truck he kept in the garage, but he moved it to make room for my wife's car. Then J drove us to the closest AutoZone to get a new battery. When I stepped out of J's car...and I mean the exact moment I set foot out of his car, I heard this loud BOOM. It sounded close, but up high in the air. NO JOKE, when we walked into the AutoZone, the employees told us, "Dude, we just lost power. Our registers are down and we can't sell you anything."

That BOOM had been a transformer exploding, rendering this strip mall without power!!!

So finally we drove to another auto parts store even farther away, got a new battery, went back to J's place and swapped it out for the old one, and then said another round of goodbyes and took off.

Moments after we got onto the freeway, we got a call on my cell. It's J. "Man, you'll never guess what just happened," he said. "I went to put my truck back in the garage...but the battery is DEAD."

He wound up going back to that same store to get another battery for his truck. My wife and I only stopped for gas and potty breaks after that and drove straight from Tulsa to Philly in about 20 hours. Her computer battery, her car battery, the store's power, and J's truck's battery...all in one day. Tell me that's not weird.

Many people retain memorize of BEFORE they were born - and they are all identical. I remember a tree between a field of flowers and a golden river. This is where the babies go before they are born. I'm told they select their parents while in this area.

Do some research and you will find the whole story...

Re: UPDATED DAILY: Share your creepiest stories, coincidences, phenomenons etc!
a few years back, i was feeling quite poorly. weak, down in the dumps all the time. I know now it was because I was fat and unfit, which I am now almost completely clear of, having dieted and built my muscles up, but I digress, back to a few years back....I was working as a courier, feeling shitty as usual, tired, sick, etc. Pulled up outside these apartments to do a delivery. Had to walk about 30 yards to get to the address, and on the way i noticed about half a dozen crows feeding on the grass.

struggled up the steps, feeling awful, wishing I was back in bed, did the delivery and walked back out, head bowed, shuffling.

Was so fucked I didn't even notice I was walking back across the grass those crows were feeding on, and they were STILL there. I walked straight through the middle of them, with them no more than a couple of feet from me. I could have bent down and stroked them. It was as if they didn't see me. It was as if I was a ghost.

Sat in the car and realised what just happened, and thought what the FUCK?

try and get close to a crow. seriously, it is virtually impossible, yet there I was, close enough to pick one up.

I don't know if they sensed I was ill, and I didn't bother them, or I was a ghost, temporarily, chuckle, but that was some WEIRD shit that happened.

that really bothers me too, have felt a total ghost here.for many reasons, but then I read some book written by spiritualist/supernatural type writer, they try to find and help lost ghosts, saying some just don't know they're dead,so just carry on in a dreamworld state.
