There are huge chunks of my life I don't talk about because it's just really uncomfortable - the following being one of them, but it's a good example of fabrication leading to blackmail.

There was a chief of police/commissioner- something like that - he controlled the area where there was a high concentration of TPTB. I was a little kid back then growing up in a mainly CIA family. One day some suit I had never seen brings him over to our house and he's high out of his mind - just wasted, gone, doesn't know who he is or where he is - and they set him up for inappropriate photographs with me - I was about age 6 at the time. Now, was he a saint when he was sober? I wouldn't go that far, but the man was clearly set up to perform like a well trained dog for them after that incident.
