Evening news just showed the Prosecution's closing statements. Went on about the 'hoodie'. "Last time I checked wearing a hoodie isn't against the law." Guess what, in a way it is, there are several merchants in our neck of the woods (southern Maine) where you are notallowed in the store/bank if you're wearing a hoodie.
