Their main area of concern is likely to be all the murders and other crimes that committed in the process of covering this reality up.
As far as releasing "this reality we are not alone as peacefully as possible," I don't know what you mean.
People are so damn apathetic that you would really have to release something spectacular from a recognized and major governmental authority to dent the public consciousness.
Maybe they are planning to do this. That would be cool, though not much is likely to change for the better for individual men and women in this world, not for several years yet, anyway.

They pick up crafts very quickly, if they linger a bit too long, and they come to wake us up.
My son kept calling me out for one of the ones we saw, and he said that choppers would show up and chase it. I ignored him said that was nonsense till he called me out for the craft, and then 1/2 hour later said its back and when I went out the chopper showed up. The craft flew very slowly, the chopper was gaining and as it gained, it blinked ahead. Did this 3 X and then vanished.
They really don't seem to like the good guys much, if that had been one of their partners in crime wouldn't have been getting the surveillance we got which include exotic types of crafts joning up with scout planes. TR3B's, very low over the roof. They obviously wanted us to know they were targetting us. Those things make a really loud vibrational hum sound. One had 3 white lights at the sharp corners, flew like a jet, and definitely was one of our paramilitary vehicles. The other, the one that joined the scout planes after I had shared with a couple online friends, that had military background it turned out, interesting contacts that you pick up when you talk about your sightings....anyway, that night and the next evening as well, after sharing in house contact, the scout planes kept arriving in pairs, flew around out back and then exited over the reservation to the side of the townhouse. As they left, 2 more were arriving. No reason, just fly around out back. The second night, this TR3B, with rows of multicolored christmas lights along the sides.
Well, that night my son was up on teh computer late. He noticed that there were lights, so he looked out the window and saw the outdoor evergreens had christmas lights on them. Then he thought, wait a minute. Why would they decorate the tree at the END of winter.
So he went to the glass sliding door and saw what was hovering behind the trees obviously monitoring us for contact.
Now they wouldn't be doing this if they hadn't chased the crafts, not to mention things like, my son had 2 hours missing time in the kitchen, another 1 hour missing time when I had the covers move before sleep. And woke up with wounds, and a few memories.
They don't waste money for nothing.
