nah User ID: 39685812 United States 07/12/2013 12:37 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I have a fairly quick spinach meal I like to make, my mother in law shared this with me a few years ago. Saute onion, add 1 or 2 boxes frozen spinach, depending on how many people are going to eat. As soon as the spinach is done, add 1/2 or 1/4 cup rice, again depending on how many people will eat. Add 1 or 1/2 cup water and bring to boil, once it boils turn down to simmer until the rice is cooked. 30-40 minutes later the rice should be done and make and indent in the spinach with a spoon and in each indent add a raw egg, cover again until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Serve with plain yogurt! When you find a piece of shit along side the road and you poke it with a stick, what do you expect to find inside of it, gold? No, it's just going to stink more. |
