Just kidding, not one of those threads. Just wanted to make the point that you can eat filling foods and still keep it low cal. It wasn't raw spinach, btw, I sauteed some garlic in coconut oil then steamed it in the pan with a lid on.
What's your favorite quick, nutritious meal?
