Very easy!

You need:

2 md/lg eggs (please for the love of god free range)
3.5 cups water (i use spring) OR 32 oz free range broth
*if using water, 1 tbsp chicken stock to make broth
1/4 cup onion (green onion preferably, or red), chopped
1 tbsp corn syrup (agave can work as well)

Prep time less than 10 minutes.

Bring water or broth to a rolling boil.
If water, add the tablespoon chicken stock and stir until consistency resembles broth.
In a spouted measuring cup, mix a spoon of broth and the tablespoon corn syrup until smooth. Pour into boiling broth while stirring.
Add the chopped onion. If you just want flavoring, use the whole and extract it after done.
Beat eggs in the spouted measuring cup with teaspoon broth. Keep somewhat thick.
Pour egg into boiling broth, stirring slowly.
Lower heat to simmer.

Remove from heat. Let stand to thicken and cool.

Enjoy!
