Does this ever happen to you, OP? sometimes when I eat/drink too much acidic stuff my mouth does get irritated, but that usually involves wine and nightshades (tomatoes, peppers) "We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time." - T. Wanted organic so went to that store to get it. Wow. What an ordeal, but they finally found it for me. I was prepared to substitute chard for it, which is also good, but wanted to try eekers' idea. Quoting: Ms. Superduper Also, got stuff for the fire and ice salad as I grow weary of the same old types of salads. Plus, this salad contains some hot/spicy stuff for a pop. I also printed out others' ideas here. Thanks so much. Like keep it simple stuff, please I don't like to be in the kitchen for too long as the oven jumps over and burns my hand/arm or the knife jumps up and cuts my fingers. Heh. How's that for blame? Seems to be the trend these days - he blame game. Quoting: nah Saute onion, add 1 or 2 boxes frozen spinach, depending on how many people are going to eat. As soon as the spinach is done, add 1/2 or 1/4 cup rice, again depending on how many people will eat. Add 1 or 1/2 cup water and bring to boil, once it boils turn down to simmer until the rice is cooked. 30-40 minutes later the rice should be done and make and indent in the spinach with a spoon and in each indent add a raw egg, cover again until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Serve with plain yogurt! That sounds fuggin nasty! |

Combine all ingredients and top with stuffing. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 mins. ENJOY! This is a family favorite and the easiest to make. A rib steak on the grill until warm all the way through, with a baked potato (even microwaved) is a meal fit for a king. At breakfast time a collect a couple of fresh eggs and cook them over medium, and fry up some bacon, or sausage. The breakfast meat comes from the store, but pretty much every thing else is grown by me, or family. I think the less healthy breakfast meat is not enough to make my diet unhealthy. I'm sorta a gym-rat - yet my diet, is lacking. Breakfast: Two Bannana's, an apple, protein shake, and energy drink. THEN. NO FOOD UNTIL DINNER (after gym at 5pm I'll have another protein shake) Around 7pm I'll do the "I'll make this healthy somehow" deal - where, like I said - Okay, for instance, I have a "Healthy Dinners Chicken Alfredo" name brand something, anyhow, it's a flash frozen chicken alfredo dinner (Nutrient contents are not that bad, it's like $8 at the store) - so - I'll bake it for 20 minutes, and like I said, just throw in a bowl, then mix it all together with kale, bell peppers, spinach (all raw) - and mix it all together (I really enjoy mixing all my food - man, Boston Markets "Market Bowls" are so good... get the chicken, loaded mashed, creamed spinach, and green beans)... Mmm, I'm just a "Mixer" So anyhow, yet, that's a typical food for me for the day. I AVOID FAST FOOD AS MUCH AS I CAN. Yet, sometimes, if I'm with my GF, and it's 2am and we've just had a love-making session - we'll run up to Taco Bell. Yet, yeah - I try.
