We should start a "Healthy Bachelor Meals"

You know, for us 20/30 year old males who live on their own - we can't live off of just chicken breast and a veggie steamer bag and protein shakes forever! Gotta start somewhere...

When the student is ready... The teacher will appear.

I'm sorta a gym-rat - yet my diet, is lacking.

Breakfast: Two Bannana's, an apple, protein shake, and energy drink. THEN.

NO FOOD UNTIL DINNER (after gym at 5pm I'll have another protein shake)

Around 7pm I'll do the "I'll make this healthy somehow" deal - where, like I said - Okay, for instance, I have a "Healthy Dinners Chicken Alfredo" name brand something, anyhow, it's a flash frozen chicken alfredo dinner (Nutrient contents are not that bad, it's like $8 at the store) - so - I'll bake it for 20 minutes, and like I said, just throw in a bowl, then mix it all together with kale, bell peppers, spinach (all raw) - and mix it all together (I really enjoy mixing all my food - man, Boston Markets "Market Bowls" are so good... get the chicken, loaded mashed, creamed spinach, and green beans)... Mmm, I'm just a "Mixer"

So anyhow, yet, that's a typical food for me for the day.

I AVOID FAST FOOD AS MUCH AS I CAN.

Yet, sometimes, if I'm with my GF, and it's 2am and we've just had a love-making session - we'll run up to Taco Bell.

Yet, yeah - I try.

Yes. Its really delicious. My kid's friends were like, we get to eat that, lol. Everyone always wants me to make it. My sister loves when I go to her house cause I always whip up something. I love cooking though. I'll post more recipes later...gotta watch True Blood.

Love that movie, Magic Mike. That Guy that plays the werewolf is a cutie. Its cool you met him and he's nice. I would like to meet Channing Tatum. Wowzers, he's a hottie, lol. I met Channing too! same day. he is really nice. I expected him to be air-heady from some of the interviews I saw on tv, but no, he's pretty cool too.

You're lucky! Glad he was nice too. I always like when famous people are cool. When my husband and I were teenagers Andrew Dice Clay bought us and our friends cookies. You would think he would be a total tool but he wasn't.

I juiced some watermelon rinds and it tasted alright, I expected more flavor and sweetness because I threw in some flesh too. My kids didn't like it. But I also cleaned some rinds up and put them on to simmer with some sugar. But I don't know how that's going to turn out since I didn't have any granulated sugar, only raw cane sugar. The preserves will last longer than the juice anyway, I can't drink all that juice in a couple days.
