Anyway, they taste really good and cooked up fast. As soon as they become transparent, they are done. I think they would go nice in crepes or warm on top of vanilla ice cream or even French toast. I just had mine as a side with some unsweetened demitasse coffee to keep my palate sweet. I left a tiny little bit of flesh on them just for the sake of looking pretty.
