Shit, my blood sugar would drop so low, I would collapse and go into a seizure. I have to have something a lot more solid to keep me going for hours on end. Some meat and bread, jeez! lol! I like steak and eggs with toasted potato bread or smoked sausage or bacon and eggs and sliced tomatoes, etc... I gotta have something substantial.
