My husband just asked the very same question, why hasn't anyone taken this to court since the government doesn't deny it?

Since the government is accusing Snowden of being a traitor, that's also more proof.

Who would take on the NSA?

The "crazy" people that were institutionalized or put on meds unnecessarily, or the people that have power of attorney for them.

There would have to be some victims though, anybody know anyone that has lost their marbles from this?

There's usually a lot more that goes with it. People like this, whether they were being targeted or not also usually state that they were being directly influenced by some type of technology (e.g., voices being put in their head). That's sort of the final nail in the coffin that gets them put away.

Unfortunately, there isn't any proof for those claims.

Anyone who has never needed a lawyer to represent them or has never been in court thinks that you can just "go get a lawyer" when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, things don't work like they do on 'Law and Order - SVU'. In the real world, if you don't have a lot of money, you don't get representation. And most lawyers are not willing to take on the federal government, especially powerful agencies like the NSA, or CIA.

Remember MK-Ultra? There were only a handful of victims that got compensated from that whole mess, and it wasn't that much money.

Yes, this is exactly what happened to me. Along with gangstalking.

Ruined my life and I eventually left town after 6 years of harassment, electronic torture and blacklisting.

Lots of $$$$$$$ and people involved in this.

As for the legal part I am sure it is perfectly legal. Psychiatry has hidden lawa that citizens will never learn of.

They define language-legalese-so that what seems to have one meaning actually has another entirely different one- "Person" for instance.

Hey. I was locked up for saying i was being listen too and phone calls monitored. Only to find it was real a year later. I bought a sweeper and located devies had my laptop looked at and was told by a x military it guy the soy ware in my computer was out if this wirld. Then i fiund all my phone messages were being diverted to anither number. I spent 3 month locked up against my will firced to take medication and i was very real
