Is there any way to clear out all the Taco Bell grease and fat from my system?

You could have all the same stuff that's in the taco- Meat, lettuce, tomato, toritila, ect, just get it without the unbelievable chemical is it. Fats in fresh meat, and eggs and such are very important for your health. When it causes health problems, it's full of chemicals. That's just what I've personally concluded from research, and personal experience...

Juice vegetables. Or, in the alternative, and it's better than doing nothing at all - get some fresh organic vegetables and steam them and eat. Do this for a week or so and drink lots of pure water. Don't worry, you'll get used to it by the time it's over, and then, you will have grown to like it...

lots of greens, spinach, kale, etc. mix with it a couple lemons, some ginger. and down the hatch.

you can even do the occasional bell peppers, carrots, apples, strawberries. nom nom nom.

Once you get past the first 3 days it's easy. Go the full ten days and it'll reset your body for the year... go even more and who knows what it'll do. :)

For starters - you are just going to have to endure the onslaught of Taco Bell until it clears your system.

Why would you do that to your body anyway?

Drink as much purified or distilled water as possible.

DON'T EVER INGEST ANOTHER FAST FOOD CHEMICAL POISON MEAL EVER AGAIN! Have you really read the ingredients in that crap?

I don't know where you live or your markets, but look for Kefir. It's a probiotic. Look for it in the dairy section. If your market doesn't carry it, look at Mother's Market, Sprouts, Trader Joe's etc.

For right now, it's that simple. NO fast food, drink clean water, and add a probiotic.

Oh, and don't drink anything acidic (like coffee or orange juice) for one hour before, or after drinking the probiotic.

You will see a marked changed in your gut, and uh, output.

DO IT. What's it going to hurt? :)

Have you ever left food out and it didn't mold or rot? Or maybe you left it in the fridge way too long and opened it up to find it "looks" ok? There's something seriously wrong with that.
