NAACP And DOJ To Pursue Federal Charges Against George Zimmerman...

Neighborhood watch people are supposed to profile. That's they're job. They're not a guard that is supposed to stop EVERYONE on their way into the neighborhood. They're supposed to watch out for people who look the type of people who have been doing the recent break-ins. (Young. Black. Male.) If it had been an Old. Black. Woman. You can bet he wouldn't have profiled her.

It isn't illegal to decide one type of individual is "more likely" to be a potential criminal than another. That doesn't make them a criminal, but it might make it worth asking them if they live in the neighborhood, and if not, what are they doing there.

Following someone is not an act of aggression or violence! Its an act of observation!

Ain't no way in hell any charges will ever be actually tried in a Federal Court.

The FBI has already gone on record as to clearing GZ of any racial bias and/or profiling.

Charges may indeed be brought. But they will be dismissed in short order.

The Government simply can not (with the current investigated facts) prove a civil rights violation occurred.

That being said, certain members of or government will try anything to "look proactive" in this case or noncase.

This could actually prove to be a good thing. Being charges against the wrong man could cripple the NAACP as far as future actions are concerned.

So the DOJ is supporting this? Just because the NAACP wants to pursue it doesn't mean the DOJ has to.

The prosecution failed...the defense barely mounted a defense, most witnesses were not even called?because they simply did not have too..

This cannot be true. The evidence was overwhelming in favor of Zimmerman which is why the jury took very little time to decide. It was the MSM/Obama that trumped up the charges.

Why is it every time a white person kills a black person it is all of a sudden race related? but black on black crime is NEVER covered....Does a black persons life ONLY have value when killed by another race?
