Or 28th of the ninth month. Or 92 days after the 8th month. Could be construed to mean anything really.  Yes, but the first threshold to pass would be July 17 2013.... So if something big happens that day(8+ EQ), then that means the info obtained from my dreams are legit......so far this year since January 2013 I have 3 such vivid dreams that showed me numbers......and around 35-37 days after such vivid dreams, there are earthquakes 7 magnitude and above......
