Even if you believe this, why take the time to write a post that taunts somebody in serious pain?

Have you ever been in serious pain? One thing that is garanteed in life: It will kick EVERYBODY's ass somehow, at some time, at least once and almosy always more than once. And it will hurt. Bad. I truly hope that when it comes time for you to be on the receiving end of life's cruel bullwhip, nobody is taunting you in any way. And I mean that sincerely, with my best wishes for you, the OP, and everyone else to feel as little pain as possible.

remember this my friend, your mind does not work on a relevant time schedule - sit down, take a deep breath and count to 60 - that was just 1 minute of time and you are still here and your problems did not get the best of you at that moment - Thus, you can un-trick your mind from racing by breathing and counting every time you feel the anxiety of a racing mind.

This is how you control fear.

Trust in the lord, for he will direct you in your path.
Open your mind to the fact that God may be teaching you a lesson through your current ordeal. Letting go may be the outcome or it may not, but you will never be left without if you trust in the lord.

I understand what you are going through. My son is bipolar. 12 meds is a lot. He was only on 3 but has been off them for about 3 years. He's living on his own now, he's 22 and works and has a girlfriend. Doing better. There's always hope. Never give up. *hugs*
