Faith, Yoga, Reiki energy healing, acupuncture to name a few avenues. The biggest thing is to stay positive that you will defeat this...I know that sounds pretty silly if you are not trained in Faith based healing...but it's not a joke at all. Your ability to believe that you will overcome this IS THE KEY...Meditate and pray everyday and thank God for the opportunity to experience this and allow him the opertunity to show you just how loving he can be...Many times when things look to be super "BAD" in our lives we are just being tested in our Faith...

Take a hard look at the life you live and see if there isn't anything you could be doing better...fitness, healthier eating habits, poor frame of mind, ect. Anyone of those things or a combination of can contribute and you may identify other things you could be doing better! Life is about seeing the "Sin" learning from it and having the Faith to grow, change, and become better from it all! God Bless you on your journey and give all of this to God and Jesus Christ...they will not let you down if you are true in your giving.
