Look at it this way.... Religion/god gives a list of all the things man can and cant do. People often point to the bible when insisting homosexuality is NOT allowed by god. But these same people ignore the glaring fact that god makes no mention of not allowing abuse against children. In fact, he himself is the grand poobah of child rape and murder. There is no higher law one can point to when insisting child abuse is against divine law.
