Hate to say it but I have to deal with em on the phone alot in my customer service line of business. Some are very civil. But the other ones I can recognize their color by their voices. Yelling, fussing, entitlement, thinking the world owes them for some injustice. Yep I generally find a way to get em transferred to some other department to deal with. There is no reasoning with them.
