So now we know who the director and attending physician were. They phoned in the bomb threat to clear the emergency room at the hospital for the "victims".
I had faith someone would get to the bottom of this. They also used the subway to rig the blast.

This needs to go viral... and fast.

Here's the problem. These crisis actors don't know what's going on. They film these things before the actual event - and part of their agreement is that they can be filmed.

The Boston events was literally Operation Urban Shield Boston 2013 an official 24 hour annual drill that Boston has taken part in for several years now. The official date was scheduled for June 15 (exactly 2 months later) but an unofficial version ran on April 15 & April 19 using its MSEL (script). The officially intended date for the drill was then postponed so they could "re-tool" the scenario to something more unique and have yet to announce a new date (which won't happen this year since Boston already ran its yearly drill...).

As added effect Urban Shield employees the help of a special FX firm by the name of Strategic Operations which works with training troops for combat by creating "hyper-realistic" training environments including weaponry, scenery, props/clothing, pyrotechnics, victims... hell even trained bad guys that know multiple languages and have a foreign background to match your wanted suspect.

All this of course is done using HSEEP protocol to "ensure that exercise programs conform to established best practices and helps provide unity and consistency of effort for exercises at all levels of government".
