Sure, there were staged bombing exercises, so what? There are those ALL OVER THE COUNTRY.
Why? Because of 9/11! Numerous municipalities stage these training events now.
Now is it possible this was still some kind of government psy op or staged event? Of course, but I believe a bomb went off that day.
Why the hell would the "Illuminati" care about staging terror when they can just... commit terror?

It's just the emergency management director running around looking panicked, as you would expect. Why is it a SHOCK she is there?
Again, there may have been some "managed" staging of this event, there may have been CIA guys and Blackwater guys "managing" it who had prior knowledge and knew full well a bombing was going to take place, but there is still scant proof of that. Just speculation.
