The backlash has already started.

I know a lot of small business owners, they are slowly phasing out any black employees. Tired of feeling pressured to hire minorities, they are now taking advantage of the crappy economy and are hiring only whites.

This among people I KNOW were Obama voters. They're just sick and tired of the BS that comes with associating with the black community. Several have mentioned that they feel "duped" and things like, I can't believe how stupid I've been for decades.

One of them marched with MLK, he now says that he should have stayed home and done something productive instead. (His exact words)

People who have made enough to be comfortable are closing businesses not because they have to, but because they are tired of paying for everyone else. Retiring early is now preferable to them. And these are people who 5 years ago said they'd keep working as long as they could because they loved their work and their business was like their child. They didn't want to shutter their life work.

Obamacare sealed the deal, they're done working for less and less so that they can give more and more to everyone else.

It's like Atlas is Shrugging, only in slow motion.

The cash cow is about to dry up for the blacks and then they'll really start to feel the pressure.

I'm not looking to change the way they think. I'm looking to change the way we think. Apologies, as I thought I had read it differently. The fact still does remain that I am not going to bite my tongue to appease anyone. Apologies where apologies are due, but I am not going to feel bad about saying "Our People". There never was unity. As for profiling, the question begs to be asked. Why are they profiled? Is there any reason people might seem to think he might be up to no good? Perhaps it's due to the disproportionate amount of crime they commit? Perhaps its because their entire shitty subculture is based around the glorification of violence and lack of responsibility?

So lets talk more about that subculture. This is the same subculture that encourages dependence and freeloading, that ridicules achievement. The same culture that calls their own people assholes for trying to get an education.

Constantly crying about this and that and how they are wronged. We have a fucking black President. A black attorney general. Black supreme court justices. Most of our top athletes are black. Most of our top musicians are black. Neil DeGrasse Tyson, one of our top astrophysicists, is black. That's a fucking shit ton of representation for 10-14% of the population. I totally agree. Unfortunately, the social media includes liberals who feel guilty and think that if they "help" the downtrodden and support this BS they are going to get sainthood. Knowing the difference between the races and identifying with one of them ("our people") is very common. It is NOT the same as racial profiling.

Racial profiling is when you discriminate in your expectations based on race. "He's more likely to have done it because he's black." We rely on people who know the difference between races not to profile racially, sometimes.

This even avoids the fact that racial profiling is rational. Look at the stats. Black on white crime is vastly greater than white on black crime.

I'm of the opinion that our differences are only skin deep, but that the indoctrination starts early that there are more than differences than that.

We are brought up with a different world view than black people are - BUT that doesn't mean you can't convince a black person to at least look at things a little different.
