I'm gonna give a bit of constructive criticism, but only because I love you.

It was nice of you to come back, but please understand that you don't need to play the martyr. You know, "Look at me, look how holy I am, Look how much I suffer just to be here to help you through this, etc." Remember to be here for you, also, you wouldn't have come back if there was not a tremendous growth/learning opportunity available to you in this moment.

LIFE IS PAIN! BUT SUFFERING IS OPTIONAL! And yes, I went thru a great deal of pain before I discovered that. Your soul accepts all sensation joyfully, and does not make any judgments about pain or pleasure.
