This has many possibilities.
Apparently, one of the Patron saints chosen to be honored at World Youth Day 2013 is Pope John Paul II.
This is interesting because Pope John Paul II's casket has been under personal vigil and video surveillance for some time now after his death as many of "the faithful" among including the Cardinals in Rome expect John Paul II to be resurrected in the flesh.
Also, it appears that the huge Christ the Redeemer statue that is the trademark skyline symbol of Rio de Janiero is included in the drawing that is linked in the OP's first post and
that same statue is among the colors and famous symbols of Rio de Janeirothat have been incorporated in World Youth Day 2013's official logo.

Recall that it was in Brazil that a referee stabbed a soccer player to death and the same ref was then beaten up, stoned, drawn and quartered, and beheaded by enraged soccer fans.
Given THAT incident coupled with the fact that MILLIONS of Brazilians demonstrated in the streets of Brazil's major cities this past June and knowing this event has bearly a third of a million youth already registered to attend, I could easily believe that something BIG could happen connected to World Youth Day 2013!
