reminds me of the guardasil shot mandate
it says all girls 11-12 yrs old should be vaccinated against cervical cancer or before the enter 5th grade for back to school checkups
sorry but if your daughter is out getting cervical cancer hpv virus at 11 yrs old then you parenting skills are wrong.
or even if she was 15, 16, 17 whatever. its like saying its ok for teenage and preteen girls to go out doing stuff with boys
