Obama Executive Order: All Americans Must Get Tested For HIV/AIDS

Anyone ever wonder what happened to that really great paper that came out of Rice University which proved that "Gulf War Syndrome" had components of the AIDS virus written in the RNA of the virus that caused GWS? Yeah, it disappeared, along with the researchers who discovered it. If I had known then, I would have had a printer and printed that bastard as soon as I found it.

To put it simply, the AIDS virus was encoded into the RNA of a virus. You can do it to any virus say the common cold. Just take out what you don't need, add some genetic material into the RNA part of the virus, and infect someone with it. The new messages from the RNA of the virus then bonds to the hosts DNA. Isn't that great? Generations of infected people every time one of those soldiers or their progeny have a baby.

According to what I've read, Gay men were one of the targeted groups.

In the former Soviet Union, there are certain groups of people that are so undesirable to Communism that they devised a way to get rid of them: Druggies, gays, criminals (who most likely do drugs).

Ask yourself, which groups in America and around the globe have the highest number of HIV infected persons? The proof is there. Now ask yourself another question...

Why did Soviet SCUD missiles used during the first Gulf War have a bio-agent in them that contained parts of the HIV virus in the RNA of the viral agent that is responsible for GWS? BTW, those were the WMDs that Bush was looking for knowing full well they were all accounted for and confiscated during the First Gulf War.

You will not be lined up to be tested. Here's my prediction:

As a requirement for participating in Obamacare, or to be a qualified insurance program, you will be tested, perhaps for multiple things. The testing will happen during a a routine CBC or Chem 7. They'll just do the HIV test too. You won't even know it happened. A little DNA testing too while they are at it. They'll just contract with all the major labs. Withing 3-5 years everyone will have been tested.

It makes the tax payer pay for testing of high risk areas such as low income areas. It is very simply not going to fix anything or slow anything as these areas don't keep their legs closed anyway, to much welfare, food stamp, section 8 money at stake to close their legs. So testing will do nothing and the virus will continue to spread among them efficiently wasting the tax payers money.

what's the big deal. even if it is forced it can't hurt. unless hiv/aids test can hurt human beings then i'm all for it. it's better to know for sure if we have hiv/aids than to not know. now if it were something like a forced microchip.. then there would be issues because that is something that could hurt human beings.

Looks like I'm a latecomer to this thread, haven't read any of the replies but the original article is a doozy, gotta love this part:

"Enforcement of mandatory HIV testing for “all individuals ages 15 to 65 years” will be overseen by the US Preventative Services Task Force, in coordination with the Department of health and Human Services (DHHS)."

So is the "US Preventative Services Task Force" a gang of armed goons who are going to hold you down and take your blood at gunpoint, or what?

They can test me for AIDS over my dead body, I don't want any part of it.

The whole thing is a ploy to get more people on their lethally dangerous drugs. I personally believe it's the drugs that kill people, not the disease.

The HIV drugs are so toxic they usually kill the person within 2-3 years.

Knowing this, you'll see this is just another avenue to kill people.

the White House statement actually says that clinicians nationwide will receive recommendations to have people get tested for AIDS. There is nothing mandatory at any stage here. You go see a doctor. He has received Obama's directive, so he suggests you get tested for AIDS accordingly. You say "no, thanks. Don't think much of Obama's ideas", and walk out. Simple.
