The fillipino side, well, the language is much like spanish so I understand them, And EATING...they know how to eat...I am known as the unlcle who spends DAYS cooking only to give food away....

But, back to the post. Knowledge is power. The government will find out regardless...the medical industry MUST report these things. And whoever is sick with anything...better to be well, or under control... I have seen so many people die needlessly in my life because of FEAR of family or government....
