Help me help a friend who can't sleep!

I am not sure what you mean. Is your friend human? If she is human, tell her to take some Magnesium pills first of all. Most people do not get enough of that. If this does not help, try valarian root or meletonin. Or do like I do and take a bit of all of that. Don't do it every night though or you will start to build up a resistance to it. Drink a lot of water to flush it out in the morning.

Easy. Melatonin-5 mg (10 mg if she's really uptight.) Costs about 7 bucks a bottle. All natural. No script required.

these days if i cant sleep and absolutely need to sleep so i can get up in the morning etc...

I pop some melatonin... good stuff...

otherwise i usually run on 3-5 hours of sleep


you can find melatonin in the vitamin section of just about any store.

Melatonin, again.
I've taken it for 20 years almost every night. More in the summer, less in the winter. Works beautifully with no "hangover" in the morning.

Canada may have different rules about melatonin. IDK. Regardless, I'm sure you can get some on the net.

As far as helping your female friend with release, I can certainly do that.
