LOUD SKY RUMBLING RIGHT NOW - Clearwater / Dunedin Florida

Thought I heard this again today...could have been a plane tho

Actually I have an answer for this. I was hearing this here in Fort Worth, TX area as well. Then one day, while at work, I saw f-16's doing dogfight maneuvers in the sky -- barrel rolls and loops and arcs and whatever the names are for all the things they would do in a dogfight to avoid getting shot. They did it all over a shopping mall area next to the runway, and I could watch from the office.

All that maneuvering in a small area caused the soundwaves in the sky to run around in circles and 'bump into each other' and that was the source of the 'rumbling thunder jet sound' I heard. I don't worry about it any more since I know what causes it.

Hwoever -- what does worry me is that they are doing these maneuvers / drills WAY more often now than they used to.
