Perhaps a middle class, middle aged, educated white male. This is also the most likely victim from a black assailant. So to get rid of 2 patsy with one stroke of the pen, he will try to take the guns owned by the average citizen who is more of a threat to him than a fellow black man who more often victimize the average American. Its preventive measures. Get rid of the threat by disharming him or just getting rid of him using a different source based from statistics. Its all part of the master plan. Dont be surprised if obama tries to become president of another nation or the united nations
