Thank you Jorge Bush and the "Patriot Act". The reich wing are the biggest traitors the nation has ever seen.

Biden had a role as author if memory serves. The Klinton administration couldn't pass it. Because, you know , there were those small issues of unconstitutionality and annoying freedoms. The gubmint needed something like 9/11 to happen in order to get it passed. Surprisingly 9/11 happened and the bill (already written) was passed. Without of course being read.
